TraceGuard
A technology-neutral platform for turning distributed wireless observations into persistent Targets, events and localization evidence.
TraceGuard separates the physical collector, the sensing technology and the logical Target. This allows Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, SDR, TPMS and future probes to contribute observations without forcing the Central system to become tied to one radio technology.
Observe, correlate and act
Collectors & probes
Distributed collectors can host one or several technical probe capabilities while retaining operational category, model, location and health as separate metadata.
Targets
Individual observations are correlated into persistent Targets with operational states such as observed, candidate, watched, known/trusted or ignored.
Rules & areas
Geofences and event rules can react to entering, leaving, dwelling or reappearing Targets and can scope events by technology, source, state, location quality and other evidence.
Localization
Direct positions, configured collector positions, bearings, ranges, TDOA/multi-collector fixes and external positions keep explicit method, confidence and uncertainty.
Built around provenance
A Target position is not the same thing as a collector position. TraceGuard preserves where an observation came from, how a target position was obtained and what uncertainty belongs to it. Map decluttering and clustering are display-only operations; they never reduce the precision of underlying target coordinates.

Works with IRIS II
TraceGuard can provide identity, location, area and event context that changes how IRIS II allocates RF attention. In the opposite direction, IRIS II can contribute recordings, RF observations, signal properties and localization evidence to help TraceGuard correlate a Target across technologies.
